I love my new Ghostbed! I have had 2 spinal fusions and sleep is not easy for me. This bed has enabled me to sleep comfortably without waking up to ease the pain. Great sleep.

Biggest complaint is that the top is so slick that the bottom sheets keep popping off the corners! Otherwise, I love it! I will try different sheets to see if it helps!

It's a good mattress. I would like more firmness on the sides. Easy to roll off the sides of this mattress

Extremely comfortable and perfect for our toddler. Firm with just enough cushion. I would absolutely recommend this bed.

Worst mattress ever! It is so firm, I wake up daily with back pain. We've had temperpedic, beauty rest and sleep numbers in the past but thought we would try ghost for the cooling. Worst decision ever. And Sams club customer service is even worse as it's impossible to return the bed! Once the mattress has been opened it can no longer be rolled or folded to be boxed as fedex/sams club requires for the return. They don't even provide a big enough box to do the return! I also do not own a truck to take it back to the store. So now I'm either stuck with the mattress that feels like sleeping on the concrete ground or pay to rent a truck and helpers because i cant lift a king sized wobbly mattress alone, just to take it back to the store!

This mattress replaced an almost 10-year-old Zinus Night Therapy mattress, which was finally getting too "scalloped out" on either side for truly comfortable sleep (and this was with weekly rotations to limit that effect). We wanted a new Zinus Night Therapy, but the one we wanted was out of stock. In looking at alternatives, this mattress was highly rated AND deeply discounted to essentially the same price as a new Zinus. Now I understand why. After only two months of use, this mattress was as deeply scalloped as our old Zinus after 9½ years (again, with weekly rotation). After spending more than $500 for this mattress, we are now looking at having to purchase another mattress to replace it, as it no longer is nearly as comfortable as when first received. Admittedly, the soybean-based memory foam produced almost no odor and was ready to go on our bed after only a couple of days airing out (and one day likely would have worked). And the first few weeks it was supremely comfortable. But after a month we noticed the aforementioned scalloping, and an observable deterioration in our quality of sleep. I would give anything if I had just waited until the Zinus I wanted was back in stock, rather than rashly ordering this lemon. Now I'm out more than $500 and still need a new mattress. We do NOT recommend!

I only weigh 170lbs and my side has sunk in less than a year. i bought mine directly from Ghost Bed and they do not honor their products. We bought a King Size plus pillows and mattress cover. Pillows aren't bad a d .mattress cover is very good, but I gave our mattress away a d will never buy memory foam again.

Im a little surprised that the general review score is 4.2. I think its an excellent mattress though we did buy it during the black friday sale. Relative to some other mattresses Ive owned its between a soft and firm mattress though leaning towards soft. The gel luxury cooling is a little misleading as it has the same cooling as every other memory foam mattress but so long as you keep the room at a temperature you're comfortable with you wont have any issues waking up hot and sweaty. Id reccommend getting a summer blanket if you live in the south though. Overall, I havent had any issues with it other than King sized mattresses are extremely difficult to move.

This is our second Ghost Bed mattress. The price outdoes the competitors. The quality is comparable and the longevity withstands. We couldn't be happier. We seriously weighed several other options and kept coming back to Ghost Bed. The decision was clear. When it comes due to replace again, we won't waste time shopping around.

A great bed that I purchased for the cooling benefit and I wasn't disappointed.
