I have been searching for several years for a calendar for my husband. For months he has had me writing out a monthly calendar for him, even though I have a joint calendar showing our appointments on his phone. I finally found Skylight and purchased it for him as an early Christmas gift. It suits him perfectly! He loves that he can see his appointments color coded for him, my appointments color coded for me and things we do together in another color. Everything runs off of my Google calendar. I could not ask for a better system!

I bought 2 of these calendars. One for my family and one for my parents since they help out with my kids a lot. This is a fabulous way to instantly update appointments, sporty, parties etc and have it spot on my parents device as well. They are 70 and it’s also easy technology for them as well.

Hello. I wanted to love this product. My wife is a fan. The functionality is just not that great, really. For example, it is nice to see the weather/temperature, but you can only see it at the exact moment you are looking at the frame. You cannot see what the entire day is going to be like, so I have to then go to my phone which I have been trying to get away from. Additionally, the website to use if you do not want to use the app on your phone is super confusing. I just want to see the calendar and manage via my laptop and it is not easy. Then the grocery list feature could be very useful if it had any sort of functionality to it besides being a simple list. Maybe it would be helpful to have categories or most purchased items to help the end user remember something they might need... Just some thoughts on your product. It is a great idea that you have come up with, but it can be so much better.

I bought this to organize my husband’s and my busy schedules. I was using the Google calendar app and he was using a print calendar. I was having to enter everything twice which often didn’t happen so we ended up with event conflicts. The Skylight resolves that issue but I have noticed some quirks. If I enter an event and later need to change the date or time, Skylight won’t accept the change but keeps reverting back to the original date and time forcing me to delete the event and reenter it. Quirk #2 is that if you use the weekly view, the month does not appear anywhere or at least not in any prominently visible location. Quirk #3 is just a personal preference for color coding events. Skylight offers color coding however some of the similar colors (i.e. two purple, two greens, two orangey, etc.) are so similar that you can’t tell them apart on the screen. I believe/hope these are quirks that can/will be worked out in future updates.

Our Family LOVES our new skylight calendar. We are a busy family of 5 with my older 2 kids involved in multiple after school activities. This helps us keep track of where everyone should be, the kids love knowing what to expect in the upcoming days/ weeks. Also the chores feature is great, it actually works well for my kids! They enjoy seeing a celebration on the screen every time they complete their chores. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase

Over all I love it! Had to make some adjustments so that I could see menus, chores and tasks on the main screen by listing everything as simply a color coded event . Would be better if each of those separate fields had the option to have it appear or not appear on the main calendar for those who may want to keep it separate.

Okay, Product enhancements 1. Chores on the device and app. As the customer I want to be able to modify created chores so that when I need to change the date or who it is assigned to I can. 2. As the customer I want to have a option to roll over uncompleted chores to the next day. The calendar aspect is well thought out and has been wonderful

We have a large family and unfortunately the multiple calendars are all on top of each other instead of side by side like google calendar does online. I called and they said they didnt have a feature to make it side by side. I would have been ok if they were overlapping if they were in the same order so it was easier to see visually, but sometimes my oldest kid is first and sometimes she is last. :(

First one that arrived wouldn’t even power on. Received a new one within a week but had to send the other one back first. Once I received the second one 3 of my calendars wont sync. Message back and forth with support all day long and still isn’t resolved. Having to add things manually and just spending way more time than I’d like. I had really high hopes as a mother of 4 with busy schedules and I saved up to purchase this for a couple months, just disappointed. When adding manually it’s nice, the app is user friendly outside of the synching.

I was super excited about this calendar. I like that when I put something on my iOS calendar, it syncs to the Skylight calendar. However, when my family adds something to my Skylight calendar, it does not sync back to my iOS calendar. I did everything that was stated on the setup and tried to research how to sync it back to my other calendar, but haven’t found any results that work. Aside from that, I really like it.
