I like that this digital calendar is for one specific purpose but there are a few things I would like updated to make this easier. The syncing of calendars from Apple and android and google makes the events show up many times. Manually entering events works better but very time consuming and destroys the whole purpose of the digital calendar. For the meals you have to enter and save a dish to a specific mealtime. What if I want to cook something for lunch OR dinner? There should be one list of meals to select. Also, I would like to be able to connect directly to the website I am pulling the recipe from instead of having to copy and paste. I'm stuck without being able to use my NYT cooking recipes for this because it doesn't recognize me. The size is weird. I have the 15” calendar which is too big, but the 10” seems too small. A 13” would have been perfect. Also, why is the slot for the cord situated on the top of the back in portrait orientation? So if I hang this on the wall the cord goes out of the top? Seems like that is backwards.

It's ok. I like build quality and the general layout of the calendar frame itself. The phone app and especially the web app need work. There's no reminder for chores or events really. It's there, but people quickly and easily ignore it after the new wears off.

I have the sleep mode set for 9pm to 6am. It never goes to sleep, I get in bed and realize there is still a light on at 11 and its the calendar photo. I manually put it to sleep. it "wakes" up at 6 am like it is supposed to. I also wish I could view the calendar on a monthly scale as well as the 1-7 day scale. With 3 kids in sports I usually have to make plans a month out

Gifted the Skylight calendar to our daughter she always used a calendar and it was well wrote on. Noticed the busier they got the more colors was being added to there calendar hanging in there kitchen. It made a HUGE difference for them!! She told me she made a doctor appointment for one of her kids and didn't completely checked the written calendar in the kitchen and that day already had events on it (3 months down the road) It has made a big difference in daily use.

I love the calendar functionality. It really helps everyone keep up with sports, family events, etc. The chore chart functionality is quite glitchy. It was hard to figure out how to set up recurring chores that are more than once per week. Also, incomplete chores are supposed to roll over to the next day, but they don't unless I restart the machine. I shouldn't have to restart it every day for it to be accurate! Also, the bar across the top of the calendar that tracks chore completion is usually wrong. For the price, I expected better performance.

We love the calendar itself. The experience of having it on our wall where all the caregivers in our family can see it is so helpful. However, I do not like the skylight app. I find the calendar itself it be a bit cumbersome and I tend to enter my events in Google and then manage the categories in Skylight. Perhaps I'll get used to it but for now I don't find it to be super user friendly.

This has been a life saver for our family! I have three kids in sports all year and our schedules can be hectic. This has helped me stay organized! I do hope you do an update where you can add birthday's to profiles. And options to add holidays to the calendar.

Overall this is a very good product. Still getting some pieces of functionality going but I'm happy so far and more importantly so is my wife :). A couple pieces missing that would be fantastic adds… voice sync with Google or Alexa for lists would be awesome. Also the ability to use multiple calendars on the same Skylight account would be great. Hopefully those functions come in the future. But very satisfied overall and would purchase again for certain.

As someone with ADHD, I finally took the steps I needed to be more organized. Having my calendar be wall mounted in my room helped me stay conscious of events I had to go to, reminders and chores I wanted to complete daily, and not have to ask my girlfriend every two days what our plans coming up are

Not as great as I had hoped for. I continue to have an issue syncing all of my google calendars. Wish chores were easier to enter and deal with. A weekly schedule view that always starts on Sunday isn't an option. And a daily schedule view isn't a feature either. Wish there was an option for it to go to sleep automatically after not being used for a set amount of time. Overall... the software isn't really as robust as I had expected for the price of the unit.
