Weeks of research go in before making a purchase, especially when the cost of the product its high. I've been a fan of LG tv's since forever, tried all of them and nothing beats an LG in my opinion. In the same price range LG offers the best displays out of all the manufactures. On top of that, quality of the build it's 10 out of 10. Yes, it could be a bit more responsive and webOS needs some improvements. Also, sound could be better, but I know that I got the B series instead of C, which has better sound. Was not a decisional factor since it is paired with ... *drum rolls* ... you guessed it, an LG soundbar. But when you turn it on, either you want to watch a movie or pair it with your favorite console, you forget about everything. It's impressive! Verry happy with the purchase!

The TV works great with gaming consoles and I have not noticed any type of lag or display errors when watching tv shows or movies. It was a little pricy for sure, but I expect to have this TV as our main tv for the considerable future!

And it is a winner! So simple to remove from the box and set up. The clarity and connectivity are phenomenal. Super user friendly instructions and options. Everyone loves the extraordinary picture quality. This year I bought a 77 in b2 set. The best picture ever I set it up and so far no adjustments needed. The colors are phenomenal.the sound from this 77 in is much better than my previous sets ,I also have a subwoofer and 5 speakers that give me a movie theater experience.

Very happy with my purchase. Did have geek squad for set up but worth it to have everything ready to go. Love the picture and ease of operation. Whole purchase process helpful for a tv novice. Only holding on 5 stars due to not having the tv very long. Hope it lasts for many years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a purchase that was done with no expectations. I was replacing an older 4k tv and i never knew actual high quality video until this TV. 4K HDR and dolby vision is an wonderland for the eyes. Absolutely beautiful!! 10/10 for me.

We bought this 55” LG TV in September and have problems with the sync of audio and picture. We have contacted LG many times and have followed all their suggestions to resolve this. Nothing worked. They finally sent a repair person who replaced the master board but the voice is still out of sync. Will never buy an LG TV again

The picture on this TV is amazing and the sound is incredible. Thought I might need a sound bar but that is not the case. Love the look also, we just remodeled our living room and this fits in beautifully!
