[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and had to return it. The OS is appallingly bad, slow, riddled with adverts, lacking in functionality, and the new LG magic remote doesn't have media control buttons. It's embarrassing how backwards TV technology has gone.

Really happy with this television, so far I have the picture mode set to Cinema, but look forward to playing with the advanced settings. Audio is also great, I am shopping for a sound bar but do not need to rush my purchase. My only criticism so far is that the tv doesn't sit level on the stand, I will unmount and remount the stand to see if I can fix it.

Bought this tv to replace a 14 year old 46 inch led tv. This is the first smart tv in our family home. It is easy to use with features. There are some apps like directtv that cannot be installed. Overall happy with the size and quality. The sound is louder than our old tv.

I purchased this item & absolutely love it. I had no idea what I was missing with my old tv. This has so many options & I'm always finding new things them more I use it. Everyone who has seen my tv is now suddenly interested in getting one for themselves. They ask so many questions about it I feel like I'm a sales person. It's definitely an eye catcher!

I love the picture quality. One thing that I can't find is the Turner Classic Movies app, which we love to watch. There is a YouTube TCM app, but that's not what we're looking for. The other complaint is selection / roller button. By combining these, someone with less-than-precise motor function, such as my husband, accidentally rolls when pressing, so shoots off to some other function instead of selecting what he wanted. The pointer is too sensitive, so we keep having to get it back to click-navigation mode. Maybe we'll get used to this, but we'd rather just turn off that Wii-like pointer.

We have had this tv for about 3 weeks and it is working great. The picture quality is very good with great colors. We also like that you can surf the web very easily and the remote control with the curser is great. We have no regrets and would recommend this tv

I purchased the LG B2 OLED because of the features, Size and options, I have this in my Bedroom on a TV stand, I don't experience any glare from the lighting in the room, Picture reminds me of being in a Theater, the only issue that I have seen is that old Black & White movies have distortion, But that is it! I am getting ready to attach a Bluetooth Sound System

In the store, I could not see a difference in picture quality between this and the slightly more expensive brand. Perhaps a slight difference between LG and the super expensive one. I am surprised at the sound quality with the built in speakers, but I still connected my surround sound system. A word of caution. The LG did not like the HDMI cable I used from my sound system to the sec port. Randomly it would change inputs and I would lose sound even on the internal speakers. On a hunch, I swapped the HDMI cable for new 2.1 and have had zero problems. The old set up worked fine with a different brand tv. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice.

Love the larger screen and excellent picture. Still learning how to control it. The built in pointer from the remote seems to make things more difficult to control instead of facilitating the process. Still trying to load our Acorn app. It's a learning process that will get better with experience.
