I purchased this item & absolutely love it. I had no idea what I was missing with my old tv. This has so many options & I'm always finding new things them more I use it. Everyone who has seen my tv is now suddenly interested in getting one for themselves. They ask so many questions about it I feel like I'm a sales person. It's definitely an eye catcher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV for an open floor plan single story with large windows. The image is clear in a bright room and the sound quality works well with out the sound bar. It bolstered about gallery mode but no app like the evo or frame tv.

Love the Tv, picture is great and customer service has been phenomenal. However the remote functionality is not great. And my remote stopped working 3 months after ti got it. However they did send a new one under warranty immediately. The APP selection needs

This is an amazing TV!! The picture is really stunning with having black actually be black. The remote could be a bit more streamlined and the Wii-mote style of moving a cursor on screen is gimmicky and unnecessary. Just give me a clean UI that is easily navigable using compass buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a month ago. I have bought 4-65 inch of oled for some family and a X wife. These are the best of all TVs produced. Everyone loves the extraordinary picture quality. This year I bought a 77 in b2 set. The best picture ever I set it up and so far no adjustments needed. The colors are phenomenal.the sound from this 77 in is much better than my previous sets ,I also have a subwoofer and 5 speakers that give me a movie theater experience.

I bought the TV during blak friday sale. This TV is fantastic for experience theatre at home, which provides excellent picture quality. In the dark room, I am enjoying the crystal clear image of an OLED panel with perfect black. The filmmaker mode is an excellent addition of the TV. The sound quality is perfect enough for a home. Watching HDR content in this TV is a memorable experiecne. Also, the TV automatically upslaces the SDR content. The sports and vivid modes are bright enough for watching sports during daytime at a bright room. I love LG's game optimizer mode which provides lower input lage for the 4k @120 Hz, when my Xbox Series X is connected.

To be honest this was not the TV I was looking to buy but my wife convinced me to go with LG she has an older LG TV in her craft room and loves it and a LG vacuum. Anyway I am glad I listened because this TV is incredible, the picture is so clear and it's like the people and animals are in the room with you. It was fairly easy to set up although it was a little scary getting it out the box and onto the stand because it's so thin and not many places to grip. The sound quality is also amazing we have surround sound but haven't even used it since getting this TV. I also want to add it takes my gaming to a whole new level. We both highly recommend it, you won't regret purchasing this one.

I purchased this tv a little over a month ago and and have minimal complaints. The image quality and portrayal of darker scenes is awesome. I normally hook up to a surround speaker system but was very impressed with the audio coming from the tv speakers. The only complaint I have is with the terrible unintuitive user interface design to filter the huge number of LG channels and how to display only the favorites channels. I still have not figured that out and there is no owner manual to assist.

I was ready to give the TV back because the cursor was flitting all over the screen while I was trying to enter my wi-fi passcode. It took 20 minutes to finally enter the code. I even used the button to see what I was entering, but the cursor kept flitting around and turning it off. Very painful! I also did not care for AI control, but it offered no alternative. I also prefer using my Verizon controller since I am usually viewing recorded DVR programs/movies. My grandson uses the streaming feature when he is over visiting.

In use 3 weeks. Upfront - very disappointed that there were so many legal docs to review before just watching TV. Did not accept all - not sure what I signed up for. No cable, no over-the-air channels, no gaming just streaming, haven't use my Blue-Ray yet. Primarily depend on Roku device apps. Eventually figured out how to operate HDMI Roku from the primary remote. All this standing in the way of me saying GREAT TV, GREAT PICTURE, good sound (I'm not an audiophile). Not sure I have experienced 4K yet.
