We love the looks of the gazebo. Kit goes together fairly simply with good detailed instructions. Took about 10 hours to setup with a second hand to help with the large pieces.

It is called a 12x10, so one would assume it would be a 12'x10'. It is 10'9"x9'6'. They said it is measured by the longest board-2 6'boards connected.

Gazebo nice overall, some of the screws stripped easy and a couple of the board cracked even tho they were predrilled Some of the instructions are vague Overall good quality just not happy with screws stripping before they were tightened

Pretty easy to construct. The BILT app was extremely helpful because you can spin it to any angle to see all views. The bolts are a bit to be desired. They strip easily. They aren’t machined well enough. Too many burrs In threading. I found that putting the RP1 and RP2 gable pieces together with the 973 bracket was easier because it helped align all of the bolt holes and alleviated 1 or 2 steps. Other than that, I’m satisfied. If you don’t already have one, buy a 5/16 x 18 tap and die set to better rethread stripped bolts. I learned, along the way, to run the die on the long bolts and spray WD40 to prevent stripping.

I am so happy I went with this gazebo. It was a challenge to put together because some predrilled holes didn't want to easily line up or the screws took a few tries to thread right but I the end I am so happy with it! We did paint the roof black to match our roof and it looks great!

I love our Backyard Gazebo, I've added lights & a fan which makes it a very calming oasis on our back patio. Love to share it with friends for late evening wine & snacks. The electric outlets on the post are perfect to hook up the fan, lights & music.

This product is very good quality. But it is hard to assemble. It has "a million" pieces. The instructions say it will take two people 8 hours, but is more like 3-4 and 16 hours. Also, the screws are very sensitive and strip very easily if they are not threaded exactly. As a suggestion, a very high torque driver is necceasary. I am pleased with the product, I just should have paid for installation.

Some of the longer bolts are hard to screw in. Improvement on easier threading needs to be made. Other than that, assembly went well. Good product.

We LOVE our structure. It was professionally installed by very nice people and quality is wonderful!

Bought this beautiful and sturdy gazebo a month ago and it was assembled this week. We're very impressed with the quality and beauty of this gazebo.
