We purchased this and paid for the installation. They had it finished in less than 3 hours and it is perfect except for one thing, it is not anchored! Apparently it’s a liability with the installation company so now I have to find somebody else to anchor it to the concrete bc an Oklahoma high wind could topple it! But we are so pleased with it and are able to spend time on our patio that we normally wouldn’t because of the summer heat.

I bought this in May 2020 as a gift for myself do my birthday and had it installed by Go Configure. I absolutely love it ! It was installed on June 3/2020 and there has not been a day gone by that it hasn’t been used! It has become my best feature in my backyard! My electric plugs make the whole Gazebo worthwhile. I added lights and sit underneath and play my music and just enjoy myself! No regrets at all! If you purchase one your best bet is

I bought this for our deck. The China wood wasn't the best but the holes were drilled right on. If your not a carpenter this could be hard to put together. Everything needs to be square and plumb. The roof is made of flimsy wood that is hard to keep square till the last metal panel is installed. If you want to run power don't call the manufacturer they will tell you the left rear corner is the only spot for power, that is what their computer told them. ANY POST CAN BE THE POWER POST. Anyone can drill a hole in a wood deck or run power in a concrete pad to go inside the 6x6 post, they are hollow and a box can be mounted in or on the post, just add a gfci. I used waterproofing clear on 90 percent of the wood it took about 2 hours. This should have been coated in China. The bolts and screws are not magnetic and painted black. The bolts have so much paint on them that they don't thread into the nuts. I used white grease to make the nut and bolt go together BEFORE I put them on the unit. One woman was going to call the manufacturer to get all new bolts she broke them off because of the paint. You will need construction knowledge to do this right.

love this gazebo, BUT I can't find a sun screen to fit the 10' side. ALL shades are either 10' or 8' and the smaller side takes a 9' length. tried everywhere to get a 9' shade, but the closest I could come is a special order from coolaroo ($280) I ain't doing it! will go without.

I bought this recently and couldn't be happier! It expands our outdoor living space so much when we have company The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to get power to the gazebo? We thought maybe by running an extention cord from the house and plugging it into the gazebo, but the main power plug to plug into had the prong end and the directions didn't quite show what you which plug into gazebo to get the main power working? Could someone let me know how to get power to it and show me which outlet is the main power outlet? Thanks for your help

Wood is to fragile im not recommend and bolts tochip wore out very easily
