I returned this piece of junk and don't recommend it to anyone. This is why I don't by Samsung products. Samsung fill there phones with blaotware and now they fill TV's with unremovable blaotware. How dare you force your junk on me! When I pay for a TV that means it's my property and I should be able to do and watch what I see fit. Never again.

Every morning, the network or the router needs to be rebooted in order to get a connection. Now, the wireless card seems to be failing after about a month. Still can see menus but it's too slow to play any video. Don't get this junk. You'll be turned off Samsung forever.

in 9 months this tv has had 2 catastrophic issues requiring in home repairs. i wish i had never bought this tv. first issue it was just flashing on and off in a loop. now, half my screen is just flat dead. i wish i could get my money back tbh. just a bedroom tv turned into the biggest headache. if it worked well, it'd be a decent tv.

1. it does not suport 5GHZ 2. when its turned off, and you turn it back on it either does not recobnnect at all or you have to wait between 4 to 10 minutes for it to find its DNS 3. tried all the DNS samsung provided (8888 and 8844) and it just does not worj

you really get what you pay for, buying a samsung tv i assumed i'd be getting quality even at the lower price point, boy was i wrong!!! apps crash all the time and when they are working 70% of the time i get digital artifacts and frames freezing for example when watching youtube videos in the app, it gets so bad that within 5 minutes it's unwatchable and have to reboot the tv. this doesn't come with the one remote like previous samsung tvs i've owned from years ago but uses an old janky remote with a thousand buttons. completely regret this purchase!

I wanna start off by saying I'm not an expert in this field just a regular Joe. I bought this Tv during Black Friday at best buy they price was $329...i got the price lowered due to the box being damage so $279. Let me say once I turned it on it blew me away the clarity and sound is top notch. Streaming YouTube videos and the other pre-installed apps were smooth and quick. The colors were rich and vibrant. The 120 htz motion rate made for silky smooth movements on screen. The sound adds another layer of depth to give you that true home theater feel. To think this is just right out The box i didn't have to adjust anything. The remote may take a lil getting use to but you can also control things from your phone with the Samsung app. All and all Samsung did a great job with this Tv def recommend picking this one up

I purchased this TV to replace my Samsung plasma 50 inch TV because of lacking features. The plasma TV was over 12 years old and I was very happy with it but time takes its toll. I was surprised at the features on the 2018 model I purchased. The color is really good and the pictures are Clear and realistic. The sound from the 20 watt amp is better than expected and the wifi is supburb. It was very light in weight and easy to install but a manual like the old TV had would have been better than the electronic version for learning the features. It also works with Alexa for turning on and off, but not channel changing or volume but definitely a plus. My model also does not support bluetooth which would have been a plus. All and all I love this TV and would recommend almost any Samsung product I have purchased over the years for reliability and quality. I did purchase a Samsung soundbar with wireless woofer and I really like that too. You cannot go wrong with this model and any one of these TV's from series 6 to series 8. Top Quality for $650. This tv is awesome & compares to the same ones going for over 1k. Only difference is minus 1 hdmi port

I paid almost double 4 years ago for a Samsung 55” curved screen smart tv. I love the bargain I got through Sam's for this 65”.
