not bad

I've had this TV for about 5 years and it's been great to me. it's gotten a little dark over time but most people don't even notice it. I only notice it because I watch it everyday.

Nice TV

i didn't have any of the bad experiences other reviewers have had. set up and use worked great right out of the box. picture and colors were a huge improvement over my last 10yr old flat screen. i do wish it had two more hdmi ports.

Totally Garbage

I've have this garbage for one year. Well, the screen got damaged already. It looks like waves in 4 part. I don't know how to express how the screen looks like.

horrible watching dark scenes

watching any dark scenes on this tv makes it impossible to make out what you are seeing even after adjusting all the settings the TV has to offer. I own 2 : (

Vertical

TV was purchased ~ 15 months ago and it has a few vertical lines on the left side of the screen. Very disappointed in the quality of this product for the price paid.

No Wall Mounting Screws Included. Sound VERY Poor!

Description showed this would fit our needs (very basic). Screws to attach this unit to existing bracket were not included and were very specific to this unit. The sound is very low also. Need to attach to an external sound bar for decent volume.

UI freezes and tv reboots. Only 10 days old

Picture quality is great. The interface is laggy, but I could cope. However, the UI has frozen on me a few times and the tv has shut down/rebooted twice. These are not good signs for a brand new tv within 10 days. Plan to return.

Immediate problem

would not connect to the internet without me doing a youtube search on a resolution, and then the screen started to go dark on one side. immediately turned back into bestbuy. not up to normal samsung quality.

Nice TV

I bought the TV about a month ago & a few days ago it lost its video: I called Samsung and in 4 days the Tech showed up & fixed it with no problem now its like new again: Thank You Samsung

Great price for a great picture

we love the new tv, picture is great, set up was simple and use is easy. we were disappointed in that it does not currently support "peacock", but other than that it was a great buy.
