I own. 50 inch and a 65 inch in both models. The 65 after one year the screen just completely turned gray and had no picture with sound. The 50 out of the box had streaming problems right away where I have to unplug and plug the tv back in for the apps to work on the tv. Samsung has definitely fallen off.

I got this TV in December 2019 and have hated it every since. I was thinking it would be an upgrade to my 5 year old 60" Samsung because of the 4K, but that's not the case. My old TV was much better, in fact I have a 10 year old 50" (beast) that is so much better. The sound is awful and had to invest in a soundbar just to get some minimal sound quality. The adjustments for HDMI sound are a joke. Bottom line, this is junk and I should have known better based on the price, but have a long experience with Samsung's good quality. But this is so far below. I'm now shopping for another TV only 4 months after buying this one.

this is the worst television ever!! do not buy, it goes off line constantly, you have to unplug the tv every time you want to watch it, the streaming is horrible, cant say anything nice about this tv, its not my internet service because i have 5g ! do yourself a favor and skip this one if you dont like being frustrated

I bought this in Nov 2019 and almost right away there minor were issues that could be corrected by unplugging the and plugging it back in. More serious issues began and now the tv won't turn on. I've been in touch with Samsung support the entire time and they've been useless. When the smart service did work it was sluggish, and would constantly sign me out of my account. The HDMI inputs would stop working then start again. The TV is useless now, I hit the power button and the status light blinks and nothing happens. Absolutely do not buy and do not rely on the warranty

Tv has good picture

The screen goes blank after just 2.5 years of usage. The led backlight is of bad quality, a common issue in this model

I purchased this Samsung 50" for my wife. She loves it. We are Cable cutting and the smart TV functions are excellent. Great TV value.

beautiful picture, phenomenal sound (the sound bar!) I can't ask for better ( not until something better comes along!)

my tv suddenly has a dark shadow right down the middle and the bottom right side gets super hot. ugh
