I was so excited to get a new large capacity washer. My first load of lights came out with dark streaks so I washed again, but still happened. I ran the self clean to see if would help and it did a little. Then my darks were coming out with light streaks, like they weren't rinsing properly. I reduced the amount liquid HE detergent but still get the light streaks. It's been 2 months. Disappointed that a brand new washer works worse than the old one that gave out. :(

I was able to wash three of my son's pillows with no issues at all. I really liked how silent it sounds when it's running also. This washing machine has many features to choose from. It's extremely easy to figure out how to use as well. Its basically self explanatory. The music that it makes when it's done is cute as well nothing annoying that wakes that baby. I've used this washer well over twenty times and haven't had any issues with it at all. My clothes actually come out cleaner then they did in my old washing machine from having a lot more room inside the washing machine and the agitator is excellent as well. I love that it levels it self out easier also. I use to have to non stop adjust clothes or do smaller loads with my old washing machine. The only option I would of liked but wasn't a must was to be able to play different music when it goes off. It would off been cool to have each child have their own sound buts not a must. In the future I would like to see black as a option as well instead of only white. Over all I'm extremely happy with my Samsung washing machine and definitely would suggest it to others as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 4.4 cu. ft top load washer with active wave agitator really cleans your clothes. The only thing that was funny was that my wife is short and she can’t reach all the way in to get the clothes that are washed, she has to use a stool. We love this washer, it chimes when done washing. Has many options on it and self cleans when put on the proper cycle. It lets you know when it’s recommended to do a clean. So be sure you have a hot water hook up, cause it will not work for those who don’t ,to only do the cleaning cycle. It holds a large amount of clothes , so we are able to get our laundry done quicker. The count down timer is awesome, cause I can plan to do something and come back in time to put it in the dryer when done.

My clothes and bedding are coming out very clean with every wash. I just hope the Samsung brand has more life in it than my previous brand. I now have a Samsung television and washer. Here's to hopefully a long and lasting relationship with this brand.

I've owned this Active Wave washer for 6 months. It is slightly on the noisy side but I am used to it now so it no longer bothers me. As far as washing clothes, it is the best washer I have ever owned ! My previous washer was a Samsung front loader I had for 10 years. Still in great condition, I gave it to my daughter. This washer is perfect for me. Everything is clean... smells great... and is gentle on my clothes. Nothing has ever came out knotted up. I recommend this washer to everyone.

i bought this washing on 8/27/21 and i must say i love it; it is easy to use and love that it is quiet and love the sound it makes when finished. i love all the features. so far - i don't any issues since i have only had for 5 days so far. my only issue right now was trying to register the product - but i just called them and they register the product for me. no pictures or videos at this time - i am in love with this washing machine. my whirlpool lasted me 23 years and i hope this samsung can and will last me about this same time. being a single retired army vet - i cannot be buying washing machine every 6 years. so i am praying that it will last at least 20 years!!!. thanks for allowing me to post my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with how well it works, my cloths come out cleaner than my old washer. I like the see threw lid and the size of the drum! Without the center agitator! The one thing I dislike is that you can't turn off the end sound. Still love it!

Is a good washer that I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Leaves your clothes very clean and is amazing. The ActiveWave agitator and vibration is amazing since you can't hear the sound on the machine. Is not loud as the one I used to have. I have tried all the different settings but I love the deep wash and delicate as I have kids. I can fit more clothes than before. Would definitely like to try for a Samsung dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer a little over a month. So far, no complaints. It’s large enough to wash a king size comforter. It has a waterproof cycle which is nice for mattress pads and raincoats. Easy to use and cleans my clothes.

Bought one year before and its great product and no issues for now ..
