[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a washer that we thought was broken, but kept it anyways when we found out the old one was not broken at all. It has a large tub and a different agitator than normal. It seems to clean really well and it was a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product for about 4 months and I'm very satisfied with the quality of laundry. Using this washer ensures clean, safe, and refreshing washing experience. From using other companies' washers, I always experienced my clothes wearing out so I've been very hesitant washing expensive clothes. I don't experience any such drawbacks when I use Samsung's washer. Given the overall performance and the price, I happily give 5 stars to this product.

I have had this washer for about five years. It is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever dealt with. It constantly has the load out of balance so it errors out. I tried to wash three small blanket tonight and never got them balanced enough to spin. I think there is a defect in the design that causes it to stay out of balance. I may get one load out of four that actually goes through the entire wash cycle without my rearranging the load. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a new washer to run from this model. I have also gotten no real help with service. They just read off a script and try to send a team out to work on it. The next person who comes out to look at this washer will be the one to haul it to the junk and bid it goodbye. I absolutely hate this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer almost a year, and with the exception of a hot water valve going bad, replaced under warranty, it's been great. I will admit I'm still getting use to it being HE and not getting the old school hot water cycle.

wife likes the large capacity, the design to even the load before washing is great, no vibrations, love the glass top and actually get hot water for washing. this machine does not beat up the clothes like the old one and produced a lot of lint. this model is gentle on cloths.

the machine i have, on the normal setting, does not fill with water on the rinse portion of the cycle. service has been efficient and boards have been changed. but the problem exists rendering the normal setting useless. tech support has not identified any error codes. therefore i believe this machine has a design flaw. i was told "just don't use that setting". however that setting is appropriate for most loads of wash. and i paid for a machine with 6 wash settings not 5. this is an excellent machine i am pleased in every way accept for not being able to use the preferred setting. if i could use normal the rating would be 5 star! at this point i would not recommend a samsung washer to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but as many have said the water level never truly soaks all the close no matter the setting selections. If you happen to wash a heavy load, say 7 towels it gets stuck in a 4C error code and you need to restart the whole cycle by powering on and off. Does not truly remove food particles on clothes takes 2 washes. Might be bc of the water level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference. The old washer would try to take off. The new Samsung with the Vibration Reduction Technology is very quiet. My wife does not like all the different choices to wash with. She thinks we got a computer instead of a washing machine. The washer has a good capacity for larger loads. Self cleaning has kept the moldy smell away. Everything is working well after 3 weeks of use.

This is the worst washing machine on the market. I can't explain how aggravating it is to see it rewashing things multiple times just because an unbalanced code comes up. Do not buy this washing machine. Go for another brand. Samsung is only good for phones. This washing machines shakes my entire house. I've tried multiple times to try and balance the soaking wet clothes in it and it still doesn't solve the issue. It has ran my water bill up a decent amount since switching from my old GE washing machine that sadly died after 18 years. Ridiculous and very very unsatisfied. I've only had it for 2 1/2 years but I'm even sure that the age of it doesn't matter. Low quality for a low price.

I’ve used washing machines from the 70’s to today and the technology behind these washers have dramatically changed in the last 20 years with HE front loaders being the standard in homes today. I replaced a first gen Samsung front loader that lasted about 15 years. Over time, the machine started to develop an unpleasant odor and mould was building up in drain pipe and throughout the machine. I religiously kept the door open and had the dispenser drawers open when the machine was not in use. I believe it was a bad design as there lots of complaints about that model. Fabric softener usage was also a culprit. It was time to replace and here is where the story begins.. Purchased the Samsung Top Loader WA44A3205AW/A4. I was skeptical on going back to a top loading washing machine because agitators perform thorough cleaning but, they are not gentle on fabrics. I find from previous experience that a front loader is less harsh on clothes and it doesn’t stretch, nor does it cause the wear and tear like an agitator type machine would. The design of this agitator is much different in comparison to other agitator types. It won’t pull or snag fabrics which convinced me to buy this front loader. Once it was delivered, the setup was pretty straightforward and easy. Performed the calibration as instructed and filled the basket with my first load. Used Persil Laundry detergent, selected a normal wash cycle, selected warm water for wash and used the automatic water level option. After the cycle completed, I was beyond impressed!!! The clothes were implicitly clean!!! I couldn’t keep myself out of the laundry room lol. I love the cleaning performance of this machine. It may use more water than the typical and conventional front loader but, using more water with the combination of the actionwave agitator, this machine deserves the accolades for the qualities this washer features. The price wasn’t bad either. I just hope that I will be able to get years of service from this machine. Overall, I would recommend this washer for its cleaning performance, design, large capacity, and price.
