I was going from a very old 2000 basic washer and appreciate all the option on this washer. My clothes get washed thoroughly even in big loads. I don't have any problems with wrinkles. I even have washed large bedding in it and it does a fantastic job! One thing I wish I had as an option was to get water from the washer. I'm used to a washing machine filling with the lid up… and of course this one the lid closes and locks and then the water starts. So if you want to dilute the bleach or anything you can't from the washer. But besides that one technicality, the washing machine is amazing and does everything it claims to do!

It washes clothes well, but only three years later the tub cannot balance itself and repair specialists have all told me it is not worth fixing. I've tried all the "fixes" they tell you to try. Now we're stuck having to buy a new washer. Don't buy this one unless you save to buy another in two to three years. Samsung should stick with TVs because their appliances don't last.

It has a very large drum so you can put large bulky items in without any problems. It has many options for cycles and water temp. It is also very quite and easy to use.

I believe my daughter thinks she is a fashion model because I have never seen someone change outfits as many times a day as she does. We usually end up doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more on the weekend, so when it came time to replacing our very old washer and dryer we knew we needed one that was up to the task. The first thing I will mention that I love, is the size. Samsung has done a great job in offering a lot of space in a more compact design. My biggest complaint about whoever designs standard laundry rooms in houses is that they are not big enough, and the appliances usually stick out to the door and make it hard to maneuver around. This washing machine is slightly taller and skinnier than our old one so it fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. The next thing that I truly appreciate is the noise level. It is basically non-existent. Our old washing machine sounded like a hurricane was fast approaching, the Samsung Washer is virtually silent. It also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time simple and easy. I also appreciate the ability to be able to see into the washing machine which is something with a top loader that you don't think about until you have experienced it. My only semi-complaint would be that I was under the impression that the washer and dryer could be set up with the Samsung Smartthings App, but instead you have to download the Samsung Washer App and even there it is limited functionality. After spending a while on the phone with Samsung, so far we have not been able to actually connect the washing machine, but can use the diagnostic tool. At this point, we don't have any problems for me to verify that that service is working, but it appears to be. It would have been nice to control the washer via my phone & voice, but I guess that could be more of a novelty anyway and it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

It have more features than any washer I ever had at 80 years young I have gone through a lot name brand of washer, believe me. It does the best job of cleaning and I just love the little tune at the end of the wash to alert me that my laundry is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this washer and i am so happy with my purchase. it has far exceeded my expectations. it is so large that i can wash anything i need including bulky bedding. i love the soft close lid and the fact that i can see inside. my clothes come out very clean and fresh smelling. it has so many settings you can find the perfect one for whatever you are doing. i am so glad i decided to buy this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is awesome! Handles large heavy duty loads, I love not having the middle agitator makes so much more room! Cleans my kids dirty stinky clothes so good! Does not use a lot of electricity!

Works fine and is a size and quality upgrade from our previous washer. The capacity is good and it gets clothes clean. Some of the cycle options are limited to what temp they allow which is not my favorite. The most frustrating thing is that there is no way to turn off the end cycle notifications. Our laundry is located directly next to the nursery in our house and I would prefer not to wake my sleeping baby with the little jingle.

We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

It also displays how many minutes are left on the cycle. When it's done washing, it plays a tune. This is by far one of the best washers I've had. It also holds alot of clothes. It has multiple cycles. I like this washer, and definitely will recommend it.
