Love this cheese! Great for homemade pizza and other Italian dishes. Melted on scrambled eggs, yum. Also great on salads. It must be refrigerated, then it keeps well. We just cannot keep enough as we add it to so many things.

I was thrilled to find this shredded parmesan at Sam's. Wonderful flavor at a fantastic price. It is a regular staple for us - on salads, roasted vegetables, pasta, casseroles - wherever it can add a little flavor boost.

Bought this to make Chicken Florentine and omg I did not read the ingredients and it fake cheese. I am really disgusted. Threw it out and the food. It clumped like it was made of plastic. Worst stuff ever!

I see the complaints of molding but thats what you want cheese to do. It's a natural process of all thing. Great flavor texture and smell you can't go wrong with this product. Most importantly chemical and preservative free!!!

We tried this recently and although the flavor was really nice, it was moldy in about 2 weeks. I’ve never had my Parmesan mold before so I guess I need to really watch the expiration dates!

Very convenient way to have parmesan. I keep some in a smaller container in the fridge. Shake the container it comes in to loosen the strands and keep in the freezer. Fresh parmesan when needed!

Love this cheese. Not the powdery stuff you usually buy, but real shredded cheese. So pretty on top of a pizza or pasta and delicious addition to any cheesy dish! Much easier than shredding it myself!

Bought this due to Parmigiano-Reggiano was not in stock. If you like the real Parmigiano-Reggiano, you may be disappointed. Once I tasted this parmesan, I realized I had made a mistake. This brand is not to my taste. I will not purchase again.

I love this cheese, but as many have stated, it does mold fast. I still buy it, but immediately out if in the freezer. We take out just what we need by breaking it up with a knife or fork. Lasts at least few months that way.

It has no added cellulose or other additives. I separate out into glass canning jars and freeze in portions having learned from the first time I purchased. It does mold quickly but i found freezing it solves that problem
