I have purchased this product many times and very often the cheese became moldy. Yes, I do keep it in my refrigerator.

Just bought this a week ago, kept it sealed in fridge and it has mold all throughout container. This to me is unacceptable!

I used this once or twice and when I went back to it it was all molded. I've never had that happen with any other brand before.

I love cheese but this one is ok at best. The taste is somewhat artificial and it never seems to fully melt.

We typically enjoy this but the last two containers have gotten moldy within a couple of weeks. Dated 2024 so hate having to throw it away.

Used to be good but Sam’s changed supplier and the taste is absolutely tasteless and it is shredded in long pieces.

This is the third jar I’ve bought that has turned moldy way before expiration date. Not sure how it has five stars.

Chemical/plastic/medical taste. Cooked a few little haystack snackers our of the container (6 teaspoons). Hoping to get my money back.

Last two bottle of this product, become green in the fridge in short time... The strange thing is that is has not expired date Use to buy it, but know start to look for alternative

I was thrilled to find this shredded parmesan at Sam's. Wonderful flavor at a fantastic price. It is a regular staple for us - on salads, roasted vegetables, pasta, casseroles - wherever it can add a little flavor boost.
