Nice to have plenty of shredded parm on hand. I like to load up a skillet and fry it, then crack an egg on top. Much more flavor than grated parm.

I enjoy the taste and texture and quantity of this product. Just be sure to use it once it's opened. If you leave it too long it can get moldy.

Love flavor of this parmesan on pasta & pizza. Big tub size is handy to have in fridge and cheaper per ounce than the small containers at supermarket
