Halfway through the container and we found mold. We had just opened it a week ago. Kept it refrigerated. The use by date was still weeks away. We had to toss it.

This has to be the best parmesan in shredded form that I've had from a store. Quick/easy to use in a multitude of recipes and great to just grab a pinch and eat by itself. Great quality, great storage unit and really fabulous price.

Do not buy this, expiration date 0926, bought in mid june moldy after 2 weeks!

I prefer to grate from a block of cheese but keep this on hand for quick use. The first jar I had got moldy. Now I freeze this in ziplock bags and use as needed. Not need to thaw first.

We are not happy. We bought this cheese and kept it refrigerated. It has an expiration date of late April and it is already moldy. Don't appreciate paying for a product and having it go bad so fast.

Moldy cheese out stock date isn't until Nov. 15th 2022 I have pictures. I would like a refund. I won't be buying anything else that has Members Mark on it.

My entire family has noticed the change in flavor in the last two containers we purchased. I actually returned one because we thought it was bad, but the replacement tasted the same. We won’t be purchasing this product going forward.
