Good stuff, not perfect.

Very dried Parmesan, so much stuff put in to keep the pieces apart downgrade the taste. Will not buy again.

Love this big tub of shredded Parmesan cheese. I find it so convenient to keep this stocked in my fridge.

Flavor not bad. Second container that I have bought that started growing mold when it had months before expiring.

Usually buy the wedge but you were out of stock, this consistency of shred didn’t melt easy. I had to put all in my food processor to make it right.

Turns moldy within a week

This parm is a 10 out of 10 for flavor IMO! Nice long shredds look great when topping dishes and salads, and melts well into foods if needed.

This is the best for making homemade Alfredo!
