Disappointed

Never received order well over 2hrs late spoke to Sam’s in messages at least 3 people was told I’d be compensated nothing has happened this was main ingredient for my dinner party which I had to cancel very disappointed and dissatisfied most of my order was frozen and courier had to bring to Sam’s attention of order ready for pick up no one acknowledged him

Fresh, high quality, good price

Much, much better and fresher than the low quality lean ground beef available at the local supermarket and grocery stores. Love the packaging - easy to separate the packs by cutting with scissors. You can use some immediately, then freeze the rest. Have made everything I can think of with it - meat loaf, spagetti, chili, lasagna, etc.

Not sure what to think, it is on the strange side.

I have bought this a couple of times and I don’t know what to think. Something seems off about this particular “beef”. It cooks kind of strange. I am usually ok with hamburger but I don’t know if I will buy this one again. It reminds me of the McDonalds story when they talked about the “pink” additive in the beef.

Quality Grass-fed Ground Beef

We love using Quality Grass-fed Ground Beef for a lot of recipes. We still go for the other beef too, though, because we really need 80/20 but the Grass Fed only comes in 90/10 or 85/15. If there were 80/20 Grass Fed 10-lb chubbs, we'd be interested in buying those.

Yuck

I'm not sure what the other 7% is supposed to be, but the last time we browned up a package there were several chunks of something that stayed red the entire time, no matter how long we cooked it. We had 2 other packages left plus another 3 pack in the freezer. All went to the trash. I'll pay $8 for a pound of grocery store hamburger that I can trust. Nope, never again.

Hamburger meat

First time buying hamburger meat from Sam's. If it's like Walmart it's the best.
