I decided to try this after a visit at the butcher where they were charging around $12 a pound for 93% premium ground beef. This Member's Mark Ground Beef is as good as that one, and a lot less expensive. I like the packaging - it is easy to deal with and adapt to my needs.

Great Value and consistently good product, just make sure to watch the dates (sometimes it can be a variety of best-by dates in the case). Haven't had a bad package, and the vaccuum seal always holds (unlike some other retailers generic vaccuum packs).

This is the best tasting meat I have had. It’s super lean, I have to add oil to it. For me that’s a good thing, I put just a little olive oil in it and it’s never greasy. I highly recommend.

Longtime Sam's member but had never bought ground beef before, but did out of convenience. Wasn't sure quality, but liked & will buy at Sam's Club again

This ground beef is delicious and there’s very little fat, if any, to drain. I separate them into 3 individual portions and put them in freezer bags in the freezer. Always have fresh ground beef in the house. Just defrost what you need the night before you want to use it.

Lean and very good. I have tried many different brands and none of them are this good. I add in a little oil, since it’s really lean. It does render a little fat, but reabsorbs it and keep the flavor.

It's a lot better than 80% Fat but it seems to have lost it's flavor - it just doesn't taste the same as it did

I have bought this meat for years. It is lean and has good flavor. AND the price went from $10 to over $17 in one month!!! A 70% increase!!! What happened??

You used to be able to open these with an open corner. Now I need some form of entry tool to open the package.

Meat was okay; but as I cooked it, a substantial amount of water seeped out. That means that water is comprising part of the weight I am buying. That's very expensive water.
