Believe it or not this is a great deal. It's not very greasy. It has a little bit of a natural flavor to it. It cooked down and Browned Very nicely.

This is always a good ground beef to get with very little fat so don't have to drain all the grease when cooking it.

Very good beef. Also in sealed individual packes. Easy to cut into 3 separate packages for freezing & using .

It's a lot better than 80% Fat but it seems to have lost it's flavor - it just doesn't taste the same as it did
