Purchased once. The use or freeze by dates are pretty far out there but I thought maybe that was because the individual packages are vacuum sealed. Then I used two packages by browning the beef and portions of the meat don’t really fully brown and there is a reddish coloring to it. Haven’t noticed a foul taste or anything like that, but it makes me wonder what’s actually in the package.
