I am surprised at all the high reviews. I found this stuff to remind me of pink slime. It felt like it. It smelled like it.

My order arrived with several issues. The meat arrived in the package BLOATED who would pack that for delivery? I'm done with Sam's the quality has gone downhill

My favourite ground beef! When frying in the skillet there is NO watery substance, NO coagulated weird stuff, NO fat to drain off! It's wonderful and easy for me to keep track of my calories!! Love it.

This hamburger was amazing... a year ago & more. However, now it has a bad texture and no taste. I hoped it was just a short-lived experience, but it has been disappointing for a few months. I sure hope something changes back to good!

The pack we got was very lean. However we have bought grass fed from several local farms and you can taste that it was grass fed. Prefer our local grass fed farms over this, but not bad for the price.

This is hit and miss. Many times the meat has been really tough, grizzly pieces and compact. Not the best flavor. I have bought other ground beef from other stores that taste much better. Good price though and the cubes make it easy to stack in your freezer and thaw out, but be aware that often there are tiny holes in the packaging you will find while thawing. I stocked my freezer with these cubes, but I probably won't buy this product again due to the inconsistency in texture and lack of flavor.

I have been buying this meat for a while, most I would get off of it was maybe tablespoon of juice /fat. Seems recently I am needing multiple papertowels to soak up all the water and fat. Lately I feel like I am needing to rinse the meat off as it appears to have higher fat. Where you can see the white fat all on it once it's refrigerated.

Our family loves this ground beef. Not only is it the cheapest extra lean beef, it is some of the best. The flavor is great, and I love there is never any grease to drain. Each pound of meat is vacuum sealed, so it will last in the freezer forever, and it’s easy to use one point at a time.

I have always bought local farm raised full beef cows and stocked the freezer. With my kids now gone it is just too much to put in the freezer. I have never found ground beef that was edible compared to the grass fed local beef. This is very close to its quality and consistency. I will be buying this for all of my ground beef needs from now on.

Purchased once. The use or freeze by dates are pretty far out there but I thought maybe that was because the individual packages are vacuum sealed. Then I used two packages by browning the beef and portions of the meat don’t really fully brown and there is a reddish coloring to it. Haven’t noticed a foul taste or anything like that, but it makes me wonder what’s actually in the package.
