This product is just as great as Philadelphia brand

Good quality cream cheese

I would rate this item 0- stars if available. I needed alot of cream cheese for a cheesecake. There was no Philadelphia cream cheese in the store in Lady Lake. I had to throw my cheesecake out due to no taste, just white goo. It was not edible. I was very disappointed.

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. Been baking cheesecake with Philly for 50 years. Tried this today for THREE cheesecakes for an occasion. They are inedible. Too much moisture. Not a great taste. All that work! All that money! Really angry. Don't buy this product EVER. Would bring the cakes to the store for a refund, but can't get there right now. Threw them out.

Cream cheese

This cream cheese is very smooth and creamy. I typically buy the store brand of cream cheese and I can definitely say the Members Mark brand is excellent. This will be my new go to for cream cheese. I use this mostly cold out of the fridge to put on pretzels and bagels. I found it easy to spread and very flavorful. I also used some to make a hot dip and it was excellent. This will definitely be on my shopping list.

I agree with other reviewers--this tastes more like butter than cream cheese. It made good buttery frosting for my cupcakes, but it doesn't have that quintessential cream-cheesey flavor. I might use it in soups, but probably not on bagels or in cheesecake. I generally love Member's Mark products, but I don't think I'll buy this again.

This product is excellent. It has a very good consistency for mixing to make flavored cream cheese. The price is very good also.
