Sam's cream cheese is very good, on a par with Philly. Great price.

Very good cream cheese. Slightly more solid (less moisture)than 8oz version from a regular store.

I like it

Not creamy enough for the basque cheesecake.  Will not use it for this recipe, otherwise tastes alright & good on bagels.

Doesn't bake well

Love the block of cream cheese. Per ounce it is way cheaper. I take it home, weigh them out to 8 oz servings (stored in packages with my sealer w/the date I divided them), & store them in the fridge. The only complaint I have is I have been short anywhere from half to a full ounce on my last 8 oz package from each block. I zero out my kitchen scale with the sheet of wax paper I lay the cream cheese on the scale with. It is zero, but just to make sure I do zero it out. And that is how I know I have been short that amount.
