We feed this to our barn / porch cats (mobile mouse traps), to keep them fat and happy. They hang around and kill mice for fun that way. We've only had one health issue for any of the cats, and were told it was genetic but he requires a different food (PH balanced for urinary tract health). Other than that it keeps them coming back for more, and we stay mouse free.

Poor packaging

Every can was dented due to horrible packaging. I ordered two 60 count boxes and the ne came with only the Sams Club packaging tape wrapped around it once. The other had broken at some point and the contents was thrown into an oversized box and left to rattle around during shipping. Two of these cans were missing entirely and all the others smashed and dented.

Dented Cans

I’m not sure why but this always comes with damaged cans that I cannot use. The outer cardboard box will be in perfect condition with no dents or tears but at least 25% of the cans inside will have bad dents. It looks like they were packaged that way before shipment.

Horrible experience

Received box and the box in the car food was broken and wet and putrid smelling when I tried to lift it full grown maggots started coming out so it had to be broken in the warehouse and your workers weren't paying attention because this was a 2 to 3 day delivery

Quality is Slipping

The quality of the product has diminished. There is more water in the cans & pieces aren’t cut up as well as they used to be! The easiest way to tell that something was wrong is that my cats walk away from the bowls of food, which they never used to do! Your quality is slipping.

Box it was in was jacked up, open at the end. I take it out of brown box and open purple box, cans were dented, some of them opened and they leaked juice over 1/3 of my cans. I had to throw some out because they smelled spoiled. I’ve never had these issues before and I was disappointed I had this happen this time.

Arrived damaged due to poor packing

Carton arrived badly crushed. 8 of 60 cans in carton were so dented they'd popped open spilling contents out. Most other cans dented they couldn't be stacked. What a mess! Carton was same size as item shipped so there was no cushioning of contents. Will only order again if absolutely unable to find elsewhere

Awful Shipping

I've ordered this cat food from Sam's Club multiple times, because the price is great and my cats love it. The downside is this can only be shipped, and the shipping is awful. Just about every time I order, there are destroyed cans, which leak all over the unopened cans and anything else I've ordered. This time around, multiple cans had popped open, and over 20 cans were dented. Never feed your cat food from dented cans! There can be bad bacteria that can make your cats very sick, or worse. So I decided to ask for a replacement due to the condition, and it's on me to print the label, find a suitable box to ship it back in, since this one is destroyed and nasty, and bring it to a FedEx to return it. I never have these problems with Petsmart or Chewy. Not worth it to try to save a couple bucks when this is the result.

Another damaged shipment

1box was broken open and several cans damaged so badly the wet cat food had out spilled out. I used on line service to get a refund. A day or so later i get an email telling me to pack up remai ing cans. The reason i have things shipped is because i cant stand much for time due to injuries. And now i am asked to load, haul, and unload around 50 plus cans to the store? Sams shipped them with no packing. I should receive a refund for atleast all the damaged cans if not the whole box.

Several of the cans in two of our ordered cartons were dented to the point of being busted open and it was obvious that the cans were restacked into the cartons because the contents were mixed. And the selling unit was not damaged except for the flaps on the ends were unglued. Which indicates that the damage cans were known about.
