Cats love the flavors but the box didn’t ship well with one can popping open and getting all over the other cans. It was wet and covered in flies. Several cans were stuck together and the cardboard opened from being soaked through.

Not the same. I recently purchased this brand of cat food elsewhere in a smaller size box. It was full of gravy and my cats liked it a lot so i ordered this larger size. It's not the same, not as muxh gravy and my cats aren't eating it.

The product is fine! It's Sam's staff handling it that is the problem. I order this once a month and several times the box is delivered damaged so severely that the individual cans are ruptured.

More then half of each case was damaged from packing and transition,plus the can food inside the cans has gotten careless with the bite size.My cats have a hard time eating it.i literally have to cut it up with my arthritic hands.
