(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this tv when ours died. We are pleased with this Smart tv. It is easy to use after setting it up and adding the channels we wanted.

This set has a beautiful picture but is very very balky at turning on - it practically has to be tricked to work. In other words, it is a lemon at a very simple function.

The TV does not have a BlueTooth or headphone jack. This is unbelievable! What a piece of junk, what good is a great picture and lame sound I cannot make better w/ headphones or BT!?!?! I am going to return this piece of junk

Picture is great and it's the perfect size for a bedroom. Only disappointment I have is it doesn't have Bluetooth to connect a sound bar so I have to use the optical cable. I just assumed it had Bluetooth and didn't even check so it my fault.

I was not able to even try it - it was delivered with broken screen (see on the attached photo). Sound system was fine though and working. It was delivered by FedEx

Picture is good. Sound not so good. You’ll need a sound bar and this only has a digital audio output, so you most likely will need a converter. Unit is not powering on sporadically- going to return for another unit.

Connectivity problems when using Smart View. Now the audio is completely gone. Great picture though. If only I could hear something other than static!!!!!

all that's left is a red light blinking in a pattern and a manual with troubleshooting instructions that are utterly useless. check the reviews. this is an endemic problem that samsung is ignoring.

Beautiful picture. Easy set up. Great, intuitive, and responsive menu. I bought a HiSense and a Vizio and returned them both in the effort to get a decent TV. Samsung has won a loyal follower.
