Worth the purchase! Saved us tons using this soap. Switched from Gain and im pretty happy with the results

Good buy smells good. Cleans do not have use more.scoops than need to do the job

I have used this for YEARS! I would say 10 or 15 years. A bucket lasts me at least a year, I have soft water so only a teaspoon will do a load. I have very sensitive skin and NO PROBLEMS. I laugh at my parents who have to get Tide. They are always filling a cart with it. Imagine all those plastic bottles filling the landfill, because the liquid detergent is mostly WATER!! But worse, that is your pocketbook!! This detergent works great. I use a little Borax with it, I line dry everything. Baking soda would work, too. No stains, no smells. Amazing!!! So cheap!!!

I have bought this 3 times over the years. I use a 2 tablespoon scoop for all loads. The current container has lasted over a year. I have 2 adults, one toddler and 3 dogs. So I do a load or two a day. This stuff smells good gets my husband’s stinky Florida sweaty cloths fresh and stain free. It’s even gentle enough for my toddlers eczema prone skin.

My extended family uses this in a shared vacation home. I don't think it works very well. It is expensive and getting harder to find. I will not purchase it again.

Why do so many detergents have a strong scent? I dont want my laundry to reek of someone else's idea of a good smell. Most of them are just excessively perfumey - gag!

We purchased this laundry detergent a few weeks ago for the first time. The amount you get for the price seemed amazing and we are always up for trying something new if the price is right. The powder does not completely dissolve in the wash and leaves white blotches on the clothes. It has also left a residue all around the washing machine drum. This is the ONLY product I have ever had a complaint about from Sam's.

This soap was great for over 10 years. In 2023, I noticed fat residues in my washing machine tub. I thought it was grease from the tub bearings of my washing machine. I did an experiment today in 2024 washing the same load of clothes 4 times with a full scoop of this soap each time. It initially will form suds without the clothes. But when the clothes are added, the suds disappear. In addition, the fat greasy residue will precipitate on the agitator below the water line and on the inside tub above the water line. I used a clean dry T-shirt to clean the fat residue between loads of running the same clothes 4 times. I did use a different soap on the 5th load and it had plenty of suds throughout the wash and there were no fat residues. I can confirm this soap has been cheapened and it s quality lowered by an insufficient saponization process when the soap was made. In other words, the are too many fat molecules that weren't converted to soap and they end up in your washing machine and your clothes.

Bought it yesterday, washed three loads today and I'm super disappointed . When you open the container it smells nice, but after the laundry was washed on the hot circle, it smells musky and its not coming from my machine. With the first load I washed a dish towel with dry egg yolk, you can still see a tiny yellow spot. Second load I washed my scrubs with a pen marker on my pocket, guess what? it didn't came out. The third load, I drew with a permanent marker on an old towel, treated 5 minutes with a spot cleaner and than washed it and nothing came out. Now I have a 5 gallon bucket with useless powder at home.
