The setup was easy... The phone link wasn't easy but I finally got it. The computer setup took hours but I finally got it... Now I love it.

This printer was crap right out of the box. Upgraded to this one cause the model before this one would last maybe 8 months. This one had software issues, constantly had paper jams, would not stay connected. Would not recommend this to an enemy.

Very easy to set up and use. Look how easy to fill the ink cartridges were.

Outstanding printer

I was very hopeful this printer would work for our business when I bought it almost 3 months ago. But unfortunately It constantly jams. I haven't been able to get the auto feeder to work. It is not user friendly at all. The setup takes time and effort, took about a hour including downloading and installing Epson suite to communicate with printer, which I actually had to contact Epson to get done since I couldn't find it on the website. Difficult to set up the scanner to work with the downloadable program. Taking back and going back to the HP which have worked well for me for over 25 years, I just really liked how the ink reloads in this printer.
