Ehhh so so

I've had them for over a year. The pots are fine, but the pans have all been stained. Sticking doesn't occur often because I only cook with Ghee or Butter, sometimes avocado oil. The bottom of the pans went to crap after a few months. The large pan burnt and stained quick! We always made sure to follow the instructions of only using medium heat as well. I'm gonna try a good set of stainless steel or just add to my cast iron collection.

Beautiful but short lifespan

I loved these pans but I was expecting them to last much longer, a couple years in and the nonstick ceramic is failing. My previous name brand set lasted much longer. I care for them as directed so they still look beautiful but no longer function how they should, I was so hopeful.

We're sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, Sonya. Regular maintenance is very essential to the cookware's longevity. Here are some tips to improve your set: 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film. As a reminder, all Member's Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and can be exchanged or returned.

Everything sticks to them!!

We were so excited about these new pots and pans, as they looked so beautiful upon opening them! However, we had used them for less than 2 months before they were essentially ruined. Everything began to stick and burn to it, no matter what we cooked. We tried the methods mentioned of soaking it overnight and nothing worked. Now, we can't even use them at all because how terrible everything sticks. Even the outside turned an awful brown color. Would not recommend sadly.

We're sorry to hear about your experience, SHARON. Seasoning creates a temporary oil layer that supplements the ceramic coating’s non-stick properties: 1) Wash the new cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove manufacturing residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy, please know they can be exchanged or returned with the Member's Mark 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

These things are awful…

These pots and pans are absolutely awful. I've had them for just over a year and they already need to be replaced. Couple things….they are not “non-stick” every thing sticks. The quality is also awful …the non-stick coating has chipped, the “brass” handles have turned color, and the bottom is deteriorating. If I could give zero stars I would…

Excellent functionality, a few cosmetic issues

Overall, I love these pans! They are an excellent nonstick pan that doesn't have teflon. They are super easy to clean and I love that they're half the price (or less) than the designer brands. My two complaints are purely cosmetic and have nothing to do with how they work. They scratch super easily so you have to be careful with storage, cleaning, what utensils you use, etc. I also got the cream color pans which are beautiful but can stain if you cook with things like turmeric. I was able to get the stains out, but definitely something I didn't anticipate-probably wouldn't be an issues with the darker colors. From what I've heard the issues with staining and scratching are common to all ceramic pans and just something you have to be aware of when you make the switch. I still highly recommend these pans if you are looking to switch to ceramic. They are super affordable and high quality!

Horrible pans

I bought this pan barely a month ago and it already looks completely ruined. The surface is scratched, stained, and discolored like it's been used for years. I followed all care instructions, used soft utensils, and hand washed only, yet it still looks terrible. Food sticks badly and cleanup is a nightmare. Very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I'm getting the WHOLE SET!

I can't wait to get the WHOLE SET! I have had the Member's Mark 5.5-Quart Modern Ceramic Jumbo Cooker for a year. It's so pretty that it stays on my stovetop. It is now the only pan we use b/c very little oil/ butter is needed if any at all. Do NOT use sprays or metal utensils. If you take care of the pans, then they look brand new after a year.

Beautiful for a little while

Set is beautiful for the first few months. Then slowly but surely they become discolored on the outside and leave staining on both inside and out. The nonstick coating is also starting to peel. I only handwash them and take very good care but they no longer look very nice after a year.

This is for asthethic looks, not for every day use

This set is beautiful to look at, I won't deny that. We're a blue-collar home with three Pomskies, and our kitchen gets sun year-round, so black kitchenware isn't practical — dust shows instantly. I chose the cream-colored pans with gold handles. Elegant? Yes. Durable for heavy daily use? Absolutely not. Before fully committing, I tested a single pan to see if I liked it. I used the recommended heat setting (low to medium). After about 10 minutes of slowly warming the pan, yellow flaws started appearing under the coating. At first, I thought it was my eyes. After cooking, I let the pan come to full cooling temperature. About an hour later, while washing dishes, vacuuming, and mopping, I hand-washed the pan with a sponge (no dishwasher — we use ours as a drying rack because of limited counter space). I dried it and set it on a towel on the counter next to the sink. After finishing, I turned on every bright light in the kitchen, and my boyfriend checked it thoroughly top to bottom. He also found more yellowing. He has experience painting cars and as a mechanic, so he knows how coatings should hold up and can spot flaws if the prep was done incorrectly — this was clearly too thin. Over the same week, I tried the other pans, spaced out, after washing and drying them carefully. Every single pan showed similar flaws under the coating, despite using only silicone spatulas, ladles, and spoons. The pans come with lids, which is useful, but that's the only positive. They scratch easily, cannot be stacked, and require constant gentle handling. I cook every day and handle cookware carefully, but this set is not made for real daily use. It's fine for occasional cooking or for kitchen aesthetics, but if you cook large meals, prep multiple dishes, or have limited cabinet space, this set is not practical. This is my third Sam's Club cookware set in 20 years, and despite the gaps, nothing has improved — thin coating, easily scratched, not truly nonstick. My Marshall's ceramic cookware, nearly ten years old, outperforms these hands-down. Beautiful? Yes. Durable? Absolutely not.
