We bought these about 6 months ago. At first they were great! We loved them. As time has gone on they are the worst. Anything that is used frequently now sticks substantially. Even if we’re oiling the pan now. Our pans look awful and have burnt areas on them we cannot even clean off completely.

I’d been watching forever for these to be back in stock. I really wanted the cream/gold set, but none of the colors had been available. One morning I saw the red was back in stock, so I ordered those. Later that afternoon I was showing them to my daughter, and the cream was back!! I quickly ordered a set of the cream. My daughter is now the proud owner of the red set (her favorite color). The cream set is just gorgeous. I seasoned as directed, and hand wash them only. I haven’t had any issues with chipping or any food sticking. I just wish there was a matching large stock pot available. I need something larger for soups and pasta sauce. I also bought the cream colored Member’s Mark casserole dish set to compliment my new pots & pans.

Just got this set and I’m in love! Heavy, very nice quality and so sleek! I ordered the Hunter green and man it’s so pretty. The only thing I wish Members Mark would do is make a matching stock pot! Like an 8qt size or even 8-10qt, big enough for few boxes of spaghetti, or soups, stews, chili. I would so LOVE a matching stock pot!

Purchased set 03.25.23 / Received set 03.30.23. I was concerned the moment I opened the box and the fist thing that I saw was a warning to only use low to a maximum medium heat. I am unable to comprehend their logic when it comes to the oven -- How are these pans supposed to be oven safe up to 450 degrees but can't be used on the stove on anything higher than medium??? -- RED FLAG. I decided to take them for a test drive so I opted to make a pot of chili using the 6 quart dutch oven. At no time was the on anything higher than medium low. I made certain to follow the other warning to only used silicone utensils. I even used a silicone ladle when serving it. I washed the pan I only used a washcloth and regular dawn dish soap and water. I dried the pan with a clean dish towel When I went to put the pan up this morning on 04.01.23 I noticed an area on the bottom of the pan that I thought looked like I had missed when I washed it. To my dismay however it was actually the non stick ceramic coating coming off of the pan. I inspected the rest of the pan and discovered another area that was doing the same thing opposite the first on the bottom of the pan. I also noticed that there are many small black (dots) marks on the pan bottom where the ceramic coating is not attached any longer. I will be returning this set tomorrow (04.02.23) to my closest club. Highly disappointed to see the lack of quality that I received.

I had a caraway pan and was able to compare the quality, caraway pans are much heavier and seem more durable, however after awhile even the caraway loses its non stick coating and the ceramic chips, so I ended up keeping the members mark set, after over a month of use it’s still a non stick pan, however does scratch easily, follow ALL the instructions, don’t skip out on even 1 if you want them to last awhile.

We've had the set for almost 1 year, we have a gas stove, and we purchased the cream set. The set is beautiful, we love the gold together with the cream color. The set cooks great and has even heat distribution, but the set does not last long at all with a gas stove. We use all of the pans often, multiple times a day, and they are pretty discolored now. Discolored meaning you can set the original color of the set, but after extensive use for almost a year, there is definitely a brown hue now that does not wash off even with steel wool. There should definitely be language included with this product that the set will discolor with the use on a gas stove.

I bought this set based off of reviews on here and I am very thankful I did. My mom and I both love it! It looks gorgeous (I’ve only had it for a month of almost daily use, and I haven’t noticed any chipping on the exterior or interior) and it is truly non stick. It cleans up beautifully too. I have been babying it to be honest, due to the reviews saying it chips but so far so good.

I love the appearance of these pans but after 2 months my frying pan lost its non stick completely, I had to stop using it. Slowly all the others pans have lost their non stick, I’ve had the pans for 6 months now and it’s impossible to clean the bottom of the pans. They become discolored and the paint chips. I will be returning the pans, and asking for a refund as per the 1 year warranty.

I loveddddd this set and raved about them when I first got them! However the pans were no longer non stick after about 2 months. I followed all the care instructions and hand washed to try and make them last. The pots on the other hand are still great (probably because I don’t use them as much).

They absolutely gorgeous!! I finally was able to score the cream set. I seasoned(cured) the pans and works like a charm. I will continue to use and update in a few weeks to see where we stand. So far nothing sticks! Make sure you cure your pans first to avoid issues with sticking don’t avoid that process!! However, I will update soon!
