[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the cookie dough to make a cookie cake for my grandson since the bakery prices to have one made are getting so expensive and used this product to do so It came out perfect and he was super excited and happy about it I see more cookie cakes in our future

Bought the new and improved choc chip cookie dough 2 days ago and LOVED it! I know it’s not good to eat raw dough but that’s how much I loved it. Loved the original dough as well. I dont know what after taste these people are talking about and the dough looked like normal cookie dough as well. Anyways, just thought I’d show some positive feedback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ready to bake cookies are delicious! I get them regularly. I shared some fresh baked ones with my next door neighbor and he thought they were homemade. (I neither confirmed nor denied) He couldn’t stop gushing about them!

Please go back to the original recipe.  This new one taste terrible.  They don't even smell good!  My kids and I could tell immediately when we pulled the cookies from the oven that something was wrong, the cookies didn't brown well and were overly puffy.  Please listen to your customers here and bring the original recipe back!  

I bought this cookie dough last night and didn't think twice about it after eating. I enjoyed every, chocolate filled bite. I had no idea the recipe had changed, granted I don't buy this EVERY SINGLE week like many of the people commenting on here. It wasn't until I saw an article today about the crazed reviews on the new recipe that I realized THIS was the cookie dough I bought. I went and checked to be sure (I have another package in the fridge unopened). I even ate one of my leftover cookies baked from this dough (while reading these comments), and it did not change my opinion on the cookie. STILL tastes delicious even after a day. Like I said, I don't buy these every week, but I LOVE chocolate desserts, and I am definitely baking another batch of these cookies soon. 

I have no idea why good things always have to be tampered with and “new recipes “ have to be a thing! If something is loved by millions and is great...why change it?? I was so happy to make cookies in my new house and the first bite made me angry . The aftertaste is horrible and dry, and the cookies are just NOT good. We need the original recipe back !!!

We had been using tollhouse for years but recently they have just tasted to chemical.  We tried the Pillsbury new and improved cookie dough and were very impressed with the taste.  They don't taste fake, they taste real and delicious.  Very surprised by all the negative comments.  We recently hosted a college sports team and they all preferred the Pillsbury over the Tollhouse.  

Please bring back the Nestle Toll House bucket. This is a far cry from that. All you taste is an overly sweet cookie and not the chocolatey and buttery goodness of the Nestle Toll House brand. I will be making homemade on Christmas Eve because Santa would be disappointed if I left these out for him.

Please make separate lines for eat "OR" bake cookies and do not keep the recipe combined like this. Yours were the only ones that baked up perfectly and had the best taste but now they taste like they are missing some important ingredient when baked. 0/5 do not recommend.
