Crisp but chewy chocolate chip goodness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cookies were not only easy to make but very tasty. My husband loves fresh baked cookies and these are perfect to keep in the fridge. I don't make them all at once and just pop 6 in at a time for a late night snack. i can even add to them to change them up. We have made ice cream sandwiches with them, put a Hershey kiss in the middle after they have been baking a few minutes or melted marshmallows in between them. They are very versatile and so simple and quick to make. The only thing i would change is the size. they are not very big but we just combined some of the dough to make a biggee one for the ice cream sandwich.

Really good and great value

Good cookies. Great value. I can't make them for the price. I used a 1 tablespoon scoop like the directions said (about the size of a standard "break and bake" cookie). Instead of 77 cookies, I got 96 and 98 out of the 2 tubs that I bought. Great for feeding a crowd or dishing out just a bit at a time. They baked up nice too.

The new recipe cookies are terrible. I've always chosen pillsbury over all others because they tasted the best... until now. This recipe tastes awful and I couldn't even take more than 2 bites when I usually eat atleast 3 or 4 cookies at a time. My family wouldn't eat them either and I wound up throwing them in the trash. I had another whole roll of it that I bought at the same time, that went straight to the trash too. Never again will I buy pillsbury cookies unless they fix the flavor. :-(

I am so confused by these reviews and not sure what type of thick, cakey, gross chocolate chip cookies that people are used to.  I've made these on multiple occasions for probably around 20+ people, and every single one has commented that they were some of the best chocolate chip cookies they have ever had (which I do agree).  I will continually keep buying and baking these as my friends all think I am a cookie wizard now.

I tried these. The initial taste is fine (good, really) but... there is an aftertaste. It's like the aftertaste of bad diet cola. I read the ingredients and didn't see any artificial sweetener, perhaps this happens after they have set in the shelf for a while. I'm sure this could be fixed, Until it is, I won't be buying these. Thank You.

Here let me solve your problem, make both versions of your cookies and let the consumers decide. You keep claiming that you gave customers what they wanted but so far none of your “real” customers are happy. Even coke and Pepsi wouldn’t get rid of the original flavor to try new ones. My wife loved your cookies and one night I bought the new ones and she noticed right away that the flavor was bad and left a bad taste. We thought we had a bad pack or something then we noticed on the package the new changes. JUST MAKE BOTH AND GIVE US A CHOICE!

Choc chip cookies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cookies are always so good! Unfortunately I burnt the last batch because I made a phone call and didn’t hear the oven beeping when timer was going off, but burnt or not we still ate them because they are that good!

I wanted to express the change in my favorite chocolate chip cookies. It’s not that great, however I understand the changes with all the healthy eaters.. I’m one myself but I like to still reward myself.. I was disappointed in the taste because it just doesn’t taste the same from when I was growing up. I like to make cookies for me and my sons, or late night when everyone’s asleep. I found In the middle towards the end of the pack was lots of flour or some white powerey substance. I was trying to upload pics , however I am unable to post..hopefully Pillsbury will come up with a solution, like make two different kinds of cookie recipes.. the old cookie recipe and the new cookie recipe and sell them both... Oreo is doing just that!!!

My favorite cookies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these cookies! My family and I bake them all the time. They are always soft, gooey , and delicious! I definitely recommend them for family gatherings or if you have a little sweet tooth.

Texture is different. Taste is NOT awful but this is the first time they've ever left an after taste. A BAD after taste. I have been eating your cookies for over 30 years and this is the FIRST time that I've had to go out and buy Nestle Tollhouse to see if I could get acclimated to those. You really need to go back to the perfection I used to call Pillsbury. My child smelled them cooking and she thought they smelled like BREAD! Not cookies! Bread! Not a good switch AT ALL.
