I love the minimal to no mess - easy kitchen clean up. My children will even pop them in the oven and make them on their own. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to keep in the fridge for those days you just need a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie! I prefer the tube of dough because it can be used in more ways and sizes than the pre-sliced ones. (Or to just eat straight out of the package!)

Our attempt to make the white chocolate macadamia nut version of these cookies was completely unsuccessful.  The oven was preheated to 350 and the cookies properly prepared.  After 18 minutes, they were clearly not done - shiny and squishy.  After 30 minutes they looked unchanged, but we took them out and discovered that the white chunks weren't really melted, and were surrounded with raw, melted dough.  The cookie was hollow underneath, like a mushroom, except for the glop of white chocolate and raw dough.  The expiration date was seven weeks in the future, the oven is a modern and  reliable Aga, and we live at sea level, so not sure what went wrong.  My wife is a very experienced baker just looking for a Super Bowl prep shortcut. Cookies made from scratch don't have these problems, so no more packaged experiments for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up with several Pillsbury products I have to say this is one of the best, easiest and fastest way to get some Cookies that are as good as homemade only faster and mess free. I bought two packs and cooked only one and they were gone in a few hours.

I have been eating Pillsbury C Chip cookies every friday night for the last 10 years.  My one time a week I eat junk.  Me and my little boy have been eating them together for the last 2 years, kind of a tradition.  This new recipe is awful.  I have bought a few of the old batches that I am savoring, but when they are gone, I will sadly be switching to Nestle.  I don't like Nestle as much as original Pillsbury recipe, but it's definitely better than this new recipe. Hoping the ratings an loss of business forces the original rececipe back, but I doubt it.  Nice job of messing something up that was already perfect, Pillsbury.  Couldn't leave well-enough alone.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick, easy to make dessert item for when a sweet craving hits. These cookies are perfect for if you need several cookies or just want a couple for yourself. We love to use them to make ice cream cookie sandwiches.

My family used to bake these cookies EVERY night and had them with milk.  It is so upsetting that the recipe was changed.  We do not like these anymore.  There are no where as good as the original! We have had to switch to Tollhouse which is not as good as the original Pillsbury.  PLEASE change back!

I did a side by side taste test. I bought the smaller original and this light blue package. I thought the light blue package was simply a larger more economical package of the original recipe.  I thought I had undercooked the 1st batch. Visibly the cookies were thicker, lighter in color, a coarser texture and had white powdery flour looking spots on the cookies. Taste wise I didn't care for them either. When my wife got the same results with the rest of the package I thought something might be wrong with the batter. I fond the customer service phone number on the package to inquire but did not follow up. I was more than mildly concerned that I had a bad batch of cookie dough. This morning I was emphatic that my check and double check that she wasn't buying this version. As a matter of fact, she bought a 3rd party generic brand. Because I still hadn't called customer service to settle my concern. shortly after I went online, got here and I learned that I'm not the only one who doesn't like this new product.
