I’ve tried them after left in the oven a little too long but still tasted great also tried them after taking them out of the oven a little too early still tasted great. I just love these cookies!!!

The cookie dough in the tube is a treat I've been enjoying since I was 7 years old and I'm 52 now. However, within the last 2 to 5 years, the recipe, the taste, the texture, everything that USED to be delicious (raw AND baked) has completely changed and is now disgusting. I am so disappointed in Pillsbury for changing this iconic cookie. It is ABSOLUTELY not the same and I'll never buy it again. 😞 **BTW..I ONLY GAVE THIS PRODUCT 1 STAR AND IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST IT UNTIL I SELECTED MORE THAN 1 STAR!!** That's some shady sh!* right there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and his friend saw "Safe to Eat" on the package, and immediately began popping the raw chunks in their mouths. The good news was that I didn't need to heat up the oven. What was left fit on tray for the toaster oven! They were great. They had the taste of hot freshly baked cookies made from scratch, but without all the work and mess to clean up! I'm pick about my cookies. I don't like hard cookies, and I really don't like soft cookies. These were PERFECT! They crunched when bitten or broken, but hot and soft inside. They were exactly like the cookies sold in the stores that just sell cookies - really expensive cookie - only cookies. I've already purchased more. If I have to say anything negative, it would be that I need them sold in larger quantities! We went to the store, baked them and ate them in less than an hour!

I made these for my sisters as a treat and they refused to eat them. My sugar-loving 8 year old sisters hated these cookies. I followed the instructions and the cookies seemed normal when I took them out of the oven but about ten minutes later they were as hard as rocks and crumbled to pieces when you bit into them. They taste horrible as well. I don’t recommend these and neither do my sisters. All of the cookie/brownie products are like this.

I don’t think I can even fathom the thought of not having my chocolate chip cookies each week. They are everything to me. I honestly want to know the genius behind it all! These cookies help me through so much. If i’m sad, I bake these cookies. If i’m mad, I bake these cookies. Most of all, when i’m happy I bake these cookies. No other brand can compare. I really think this brand of cookies is my one true love. I love these more than anything else! I may even love them more than I love my pet fish Oscar. My best friend and I cook them together as well. It’s our special thing, these cookies bring unity. I wish we could get some free merch or new products since we buy your cookies so much! For many many years I have been a big fan of the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, so I reluctantly purchased a large size of the new recipe.  I was highly disappointed because these cookies are tasteless!  Not sure why the powers that be made the decision to change the recipe. I threw my receipt away by mistake, so now I cannot get my money back.  If the original recipe goes away, I'll have to make my cookies from scratch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend this product! I didn’t realize you could even safely eat them raw which made them double fun. I love the light blue packaging and my kids actually picked them out because of the packaging standing out for them.
