Hello, I had recently bought your new chocolate chip cookies recipe, and I have to say for eating cookies my whole life on sesame street, it was quite a shame to eat these. I have been eating cookies for years, and I always bought these cookies as they were my favorite. But unfortunately, the recipe changed and it tasted like Elmo had diarrhea and then mixed it with expired flour, and then sold it to me. I even bought them a second time and they still sucked. I used to love you guys, but with this new recipe, I will not buy your cookies until the recipe goes back. #RIPOldRecipe #ChangeItYours Truly,The Angry Cookie Monster

The last couple of times I purchased these, I noticed a big difference in quality and taste and not for the better. Now, they taste more molassses-y and chemical-y and like cheaper ingredients and fillers are being used. I couldn’t understand why I didn’t like them anymore because they have been my go to chocolate chip cookie for years and years and always delicious! Well, then I read online that you changed the ingredients recently. No wonder I noticed such a difference! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE I am begging you to go back to the ingredients before this most recent change! I would be willing to pay more if that is what it would take. Otherwise, I won’t be able to get these anymore and that will be very sad!!! 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I have always been a fan of Pillsbury since childhood. I will always recommend this product to anyone. If baked within the time frame stated, the cookies come out soft and gooey in the middle. Goes great with some milk to wash down all the chocolaty goodness.

Definitely not as good as homemade dough, but it's great for when you just want fresh baked cookies without having to spend the time to make the dough. The cookies were about 2-2 1/2 inches in diameter when they came out of the oven.

I tried these. The initial taste is fine (good, really) but... there is an aftertaste. It's like the aftertaste of bad diet cola. I read the ingredients and didn't see any artificial sweetener, perhaps this happens after they have set in the shelf for a while. I'm sure this could be fixed, Until it is, I won't be buying these. Thank You.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we don’t want to make our own chocolate chip cookies from scratch, these Cookies are always a hit and so delish!! I keep this cookie dough in my fridge at all times for when we want that last min sweet treat cravings and it’s too late to go out. They always come out soft and sweet (the way we like it)! My kids also love it and love to help prep them on the cookie sheet. It helps a lot that they are perforated for easy sizing and equal servings!

We thought the first two batches had to be a fluke and actually resorted to digging the packaging out of the trash to check the expiration dates.... they were THAT BAD.  Positively horrible and the first time in 25 years our Christmas baskets are being given  to friends without chocolate chip cookies....  Thanks Pillsbury, NOT, for ruining such a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family couldn’t get enough of these Pillsbury cut & bake cookies! They were delicious & couldn’t be easier to prepare. Already pre-sliced to the perfect size & you can bake the entire package or just a couple & save the rest for later! Of course my family ate them all! They are so good!

Texture is different. Taste is NOT awful but this is the first time they've ever left an after taste. A BAD after taste. I have been eating your cookies for over 30 years and this is the FIRST time that I've had to go out and buy Nestle Tollhouse to see if I could get acclimated to those. You really need to go back to the perfection I used to call Pillsbury. My child smelled them cooking and she thought they smelled like BREAD! Not cookies! Bread! Not a good switch AT ALL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how delicious these cookies are! They’re so easy to make and they taste like something out of a bakery. All you have to do is take apart the chunks of cookies, place them on a baking sheet, and retrieve them 10-12 minutes later. I love how rich they are and the clean up afterwards is very easy. They are big and fluffy cookies.
