We've had it for 4 months to the day and it stopped working. Luckily it's under warranty and they're sending us a new head cleaning unit, but I don't have high hopes that it'll last for long. I do love that it sucks up a lot of dust near the base boards, that my standard vacuum doesn't seem to get. But don't know that it's worth it for how expensive it is.

Arrived quickly and works great!

It keeps getting errors or stopping job and trying returning to base only to start back up again. I'll be returning it this weekend.

One of the best things I've ever bought for my home. Great low-cow unit that does exactly what I need in my 900sq small house. You do have to install some software and connect to your internet on the 2.4Ghz on your modem to finish the setup, but if you have problems I'm sure you can Google how to do this.

Had trouble returning home. Left clumps of hair at various locations, mostly on carpets. Dust bin is too small and requires frequent emptying in order to keep cleaning. Voice Volume emitted from robot is almost in auditable. There is NO HANDLE with which to pick it up!

I am big fan of Roomba, my previous Roomba 560 series worked many years and died eventually couple years ago. When I saw this new Roomba discounted and under 200 dollars wanted to try it but was skeptical as my original costed me over 500 years ago. So I set up, worked a day. Then next day started spazzing out giving error 26. I am pretty knowledgeable person and I see bin is empty, filter is clean just bought it yeaterday, cleaned throughout and reset to factory settings, and refused to work and clean, did not even go back to home and won't reset error 26 after watching many YouTube videos. Pretty disappointed to be honest I really needed this to work and my house was not even dirty, just wanted this for casual daily one time cleaning. I like Roombas but my old one never had problem like this ever. Instead of going forward on the technology this one sounds like pretty bad first test failure unit before production phase. Unfortunately returning and going back to Sam's club tomorrow right away. You have to step up your game Roomba. This one failed. Two stars because I love Roomba, negative 10 stars because no product like this should only work 1 day only…

I love it but would like it more if it had a bigger dust bin.
