Does a good job but doesn't get all places. Have to guide it to get some open places in kitchen.

Bought this model on BF. Set up was easy. Did a great job navigating our main floor. Until a few few days ago. It's fully charged and communicating with my phone via wifi. Says it's vacuuming, but it doesn't budge. Now I have to box this thing up and take it back to Sam's. A direct replacement is now more money and only available online. Yay.

This is our 3rd or 4th Roomba and it is my least favorite. We loved our previous models; they were quick and easy to set up. This one requires scanning of a QR code that was nowhere to be found on the box or materials inside. Tried to set it up manually and can't get it to connect to the cloud after multiple tries over an hour. . Doesn't seem to last as long or charge as well as previous models. Not impressed. Not sure if it is just this model or if Roomba quality has decreased. Very disappointed.

Had a 600 series Roomba for over years and it bit the dirt and was planning on ordering a 692 when i saw this for less money. Have been impressed in its performance and noise level. Very happy with rollers not getting so wrapped up with hair. I wanted something simple and easy to use so I am not using the app just pushing the button it starts it cleans and it docks when done.

I bought this model a month ago. It cleans well, but as others have noted, it gets stuck too easily and too often. Additionally, I haven't been able to figure out how to vacuum one room only. The mapping is for the entire area inclusive of all rooms. There's no way to designate individual rooms, as far as I can tell anyway. Unsure if I'll keep it or return to Sam's Club. I also have a Shark robot and absolutely love it.
