[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Prismacolor premier Colored pencils. They are of higher quality than what I usually have. The soft core makes shading and blending the colors easier and smoother. With the 36 count of different colors it makes it fun to choose different colors to make it vivid or soft.

The pretty case for the pencils is s bonus! The set is great for art class but can be used anywhere. My daughter has really enjoyed it. The pencils color very smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color and blend very well and that makes it worth the cost if you're serious about your work. They are waxy so they slide on the paper very naturally, I press down hard and they hold up pretty well without ripping through the paper. Many people complain about lead breakage while sharpening. That is easily cured by using a 'pro art' soft sharpener they are extremely affordable and will save you a lot of frustrations for under a few bucks, indeed.

They colors are a bit on the softer side color wise, I think since it has the softer core. Makes for just a little less vibrant color scheme but the blending abilities make up for it for me. These are a great addition to my art supplies.

The lead is softer than most colored pencils which make them easy top to color and draw with. You can blend and overlap colors to get pretty much any effect that you want. Colors are vibrant as well.

The colors of the pencils are so vibrant and color so evenly and they write and color so smoothly. Easy to use and sharpens great. They are fairly priced and the colors are fantastic. They draw smoothly and sharpen well. No wonder they are so popular. Honestly there is nothing I can say negative about these pencils. They are so much better then the cheaper brands because not all colored pencils are created equal. Pick some up today you will not be disappointed.
