[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work and color the same as other colored pencils. Most reviews I've seen of the pencils told me they were the best of the best and I just don't see how. I bought into the hype and had to try them, and they are just like normal, average colored pencils. Overall, I would recommend getting colored pencils that are in your own price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion Prismacolor colored pencils are the best. They color so smoothly and are easy to blend. The lead is softer than most colored pencils which make them easy top to color and draw with. You can blend and overlap colors to get pretty much any effect that you want. Colors are vibrant as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color and blend very well and that makes it worth the cost if you're serious about your work. They are waxy so they slide on the paper very naturally, I press down hard and they hold up pretty well without ripping through the paper. Many people complain about lead breakage while sharpening. That is easily cured by using a 'pro art' soft sharpener they are extremely affordable and will save you a lot of frustrations for under a few bucks, indeed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutly love these if I can point out one brand of pencils to use when coloring or drawing Prismacolors are my #1 choice. They are fairly priced and the colors are fantastic. They draw smoothly and sharpen well. No wonder they are so popular. Honestly there is nothing I can say negative about these pencils. They are so much better then the cheaper brands because not all colored pencils are created equal. Pick some up today you will not be disappointed.
