I took it just as described and the taste of it was fine. While it hasn't helped me fully quit yet, it has definitely helped me cut down alot, and I'm gonna keep working on fully quitting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far these have been working for me. The come in a convenient packaged in small canisters so that you can carry them easy and discreetly. They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets. Get alternative to smoking PERIOD. I would recommend this if you are trying to gradually stop smoking.

I have tried to quit smoking several times in my adult life, but never lasted too long. These lozenges were great. The flavor was similar to my menthol flavored smokes. I used these while at work to help me transition to a non smoker. My smoking has been cut by half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lozenges have a great mint flavor and do give that nicotine you need instead of using a cigarette or zin pouch. Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.

I like that they are several tubes of lozenges so it is easy to carry in my purse or if you need to travel. Cherry ice is okay. I would love other flavors. Overall it is not expensive for 216 lozenges and it works great
