I have usually been able to quit without any issues.  For the last 3 years I haven't been able to easily kick this habit.  I received the Members Mark min Nicotine Lozenges with a dose of 4mg per pill, free in exchange for my review.  I love how mini the pills are and how great the bottle fits in all my purses. The taste of the lil minis aren't bad like other brands. It also didn't take to long to dissolve overall. I tend to pop one in my month while driving as that's where I tend to light up.

The taste (I got cherry) is kind of like cough medicine to me. But everyone’s tastebuds are different.

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend if you need some extra help quitting smoking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is this one has numerous little tubes of all the same flavor. great to have the tubes to be able to go in your purse or have one in the car keep one in your office and keep several at home. I found the mint flavor in this one was exceptionally strong at first. After using several times the mint flavor becomes not so strong and overpowering. Does work in removing most of the cravings for the cigarette.

I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. I thought it’s great that I’ll not have the opportunity and it’s help but there are some afternoons it feels like torture and I’ll say being able to have this lozenge has significantly helped me from thinking about it and getting back to being productive! Super impressed how much it helped.
