It did take a couple of weeks but glad it actually worked. I will continue to take them to help with the urge until all are done. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. The taste isn't bad but obviously not the greatest like sweet candy.

However it did help me cut back quit a bit and I am giving a shot to try and quit smoking. Give them a try for yourself , the flavor is t bad

Sad to say that even with both 4mg and 2mg, my cravings have been just the same before I started using this product. It's not chalky and it goes down easily. I just wished it did something for me.
