It’s so hard to quit smoking and I’m Trying so hard but having something like this is helping get rid of the nicotine cravings. The flavor was ok but the only complaint is it kind of gave me dry mouth. Would I continue using them? Absolutely because it’s cut the cravings down. The next part is breaking the mental habit. I never smoke inside my house I smoked outside in the garage in the winter or on the porch. So that is a bait to I have to break I found that I got my self some “me” time when I went for breaks so I take the minis and go sit in the garage and try to replace that habit as well.

Worked i don't smoke any more the taste of this products is strong but not bad at all actually did recommended this product to someone else they tried and they are on the road to quiting as well and you also don't get urges to smoke either so that's a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super intrigued when I got these in the mail. Both my husband and I are smokers. So, we were both interested in trying them in hopes it might help with our cravings to want to smoke cigarettes. In the hopes of it did work that I would purchase more to help him quit. I can quit cold turkey whenever. Well let me tell you these lozenges were the absolute worse. They cause a burning sensation in the back of your throat. They taste absolutely awful. I got super nauseous that I spit out the lozenge after just having it my mouth for a couple of minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to quit smoking. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if we both had just weird experiences or if this happens to everyone. But I would definitely be cautious with this product.

They were just the right size, but the mg could have been stronger, but thats just me. The containers are cute, tiny and easy to carry with you! They curbed my cravings when I was on the go or when my kids were in the car with me.

The thing I did not like, was that it did not get rid of my cravings. I will say, it did seem to be not as intense.. but I still couldn't go without.
