The minis are small and don't draw undue attention. This package contains eight little canister bottles of twenty-seven lozenges each. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised when I first put one of these lozenges in my mouth. It tastes like a sweet tart at first. However, as it dissolves, I started getting a weird taste and feeling in my throat. Kind of scratchy and it made me cough. I need to drink or eat something after using these to get the taste and feeling out of my throat. They do take the edge off when your trying to quit smoking and help keep the cravings from getting too strong though. I definately think they help with stopping smoking.

They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets. Get alternative to smoking PERIOD. I would recommend this if you are trying to gradually stop smoking.
