After 2 or 3 days of taking them i noticed my desire to smoke cigarettes was cut in half. And after a week of using the lozenges i have almost quit smoking cigarettes entirely. Since since I started using this I have noticed a steady decrease decrease on wanting a cigarette. The 4mg has stronger nicotine, and I always put 1 under my tongue, it lasts a while for me. I like the cherry ice flavor. The most important thing is it helps me stop smoking, it is small tube, easy to take 1 tube with me in my pocket. I like it really works for me, thanks.
