[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It helps with those cravings to smoke especially when you’re somewhere that you can’t. Doesn’t taste to bad either. I used them when I was somewhere smoking wasn’t allowed and I’ve started smoking less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (Reviewing on behalf of my husband) He is starting out slowly with the lozenges, mainly taking one in the morning when he wakes up when he normally would have a cigarette and a cup of coffee. You cannot drink anything 15 minutes prior to taking a lozenge or while it is in your mouth so he has had to adjust his morning routine a bit. The flavor is good but they are definitely tingly and he has to keep the lozenge constantly moving while it's in his mouth. He is planning to slowly increase the number of lozenges he takes per day. The packaging is great--separate smaller containers for easy transport.

I love the Cherry Ice flavor as cherry and mint are my typical go to flavors so this has both in one. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these, they're just as good as the name brand for a much better price!
