The box contains 8 pocket-sized tubes with cherry ice flavored lozenges containing 4mg of nicotine each. They're very effective for a 10 year smoker of Newports on cutting down my cravings especially when I'm in environments (school, hospital, airport) or on jobs that do no permit smoking in any way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a long time smoker and would love to quit. I was excited to get these because I thought it might help. Smoking is more of a mental thing for me. I could go a few days without smoking but then my anxiety kicks in and I make up for lost time. They don’t taste terrible but not something I would just suck on if it didn’t have benefits to it. It didn’t do anything for my cravings when my anxiety was high and I didn’t need them when it wasn’t. I know there are higher doses and maybe this was just too low for me
